CASA of Williamson County trains caring community volunteers to advocate for local abused and neglected children. We need many new volunteers in the upcoming class that begins Tuesday evening, March 2, to continue to assist the increasing number of children entering the courts of Williamson County. The Illinois Great Rivers Conference invites everyone of
all ages to attend the “Going on to Perfection? Our
Spiritual Journey Continues” event to be held at Aldersgate on Monday, March 15, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The $20
fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch. Registration forms are available from the bulletin board in the narthex and should be sent in by March 1.

March 31 Deadline to Apply!
Scholarship Applications are being accepted for the AUMC Christian Vocation Scholarship. If you are a graduating senior or are attending a college or university full-time, are a member of Aldersgate, and are planning to pursue a vocation in full-time ministry, you’re eligible to apply. The maximum amount of the scholarship is $1,000. Applications may be picked up in the church office and must be completed and returned no later than March 31.
Baby Bib Ministry Needs Help
The Baby Bib Ministry needs any baby or small print material, thread, and buttons. If you would like to donate any of those items, please drop them off at the church office.
Also, they would appreciate help in cutting out bibs, stuffing packets, sewing on buttons, etc. at their next meeting at 10 a.m. on February 11 in room 6. All volunteers are welcome.
